1. Overview

ForemanCloud obtains Personal and Client Data about you and financial data from your institution/company from various sources to provide and manage our service. Use of the service provided by ForemanCloud is governed by a separate agreement (“SaaS Agreement”) that also covers the use and processing of data provided by you. The company (e.g., your employer or another entity or person) that entered into the SaaS Agreement with ForemanCloud controls their instance within the ForemanCloud service (their “Instance”) and any associated Client Data. If you have received an invitation to begin using an Instance and have questions, you should request assistance from the Client that sent the invitation.

2. Data We Collect

a) Personal Data
Personal Data is any information that relates to an identified or identifiable individual. The Personal Data that you provide directly to us through our Site and Service will be apparent from the context in which you provide the data. Personal Data we collect in detail is as follows:

• When you or a manager of your company registers you as a user of our service we collect your full name, email address, account log-in credentials and the company you are affiliated with.


• When you fill-in our online 'Request Demo' form to request a demo of our service, we collect your company name, full name, work email, job title, and phone number.


• When you fill-in our online 'Request More Info' form, we collect your company name, full name, work email, job title, phone number and information that you wish to receive more data about.

b) Client Data
Client Data is any information that relates to an identified or identifiable company/institution. The Client Data that you provide directly to us through our Site and Service will be apparent from the context in which you provide the data. Client Data we collect in detail is as follows:

• When signing up for ForemanCloud's service, we will collect information regarding your company/institution. Including company name, address, city, state, zip and country in which the company resides.


• When using our Service, we collect information about your company such as job site addresses, budgets, materials ordered and costs.

Providing this data is optional. However, if you chose to not provide the requested information you may not be able to use some or all of the features that come with ForemanCloud's public website or Service.

3. How We Use the Data

ForemanCloud may use your data in a number of ways:

a) Product/Service Provisioning and Use
ForemanCloud uses the data you provide to render its Service to you. Once the Service provision has been complete, proceeding use of the Service will use the data to support features and uses of the Service.

b) Product/Service Support
ForemanCloud may use the data we collect to provide support. Data provided via email or phone may be used to answer questions, troubleshoot app issues or provide you with tools to mitigate any issues you may be encountering.

c) Marketing
ForemanCloud may compile and analyze on an aggregate and/or anonymized/deidentified basis and provide the data to advertisers and/or other third parties to help promote ForemanCloud and its Services to the public. Information that is provided will never identify you or our users.

d) Research
ForemanCloud is continuously attempting to better our Service to you. In part of doing so, we may compile and analyze on an aggregate and/or anonymized/deidentified basis and provide the data to researchers and/or other third parties to help us improve content and functionality of our Service.

4. How We Disclose the Data

We do not sell or rent your Personal or Client Data to marketers or unaffiliated third parties. We may share your Personal and/or Client Data with the following trusted entities, as outlined below-

• ForemanCloud may disclose your data to a number of our service providers, including but not limited to website and app hosting, information technology, customer service, email delivery and database hosting. These service providers may require your information to provide their services.


• ForemanCloud will cooperate with government and law enforcement officials and private parties to enforce and comply with the law. We may disclose Personal and/or Client Data and information about you or your affiliated company to government or law enforcement officials or private parties if we believe it is necessary or appropriate in order to respond to or comply with such legal requests.


• In the event of a potential purchase, merge or acquisition of any part of ForemanCloud, we may disclose your data to the potential merging/purchasing entity if the entity adheres to this Privacy Policy.


• We may disclose your information to any entity with your consent.

5. Security

Unfortunately, both data in motion and at rest cannot be guaranteed to always be 100% secure. However, ForemanCloud is dedicated to ensuring best practice are being used and that the proper implications and technologies are in place to help ensure the security of your Personal and Client Data. If you believe your interaction with our website and/or Service is not secure, please contact us immediately (contact info can be found in Section 7 of this Privacy Policy).

6. Data Retention

We retain your Personal and Client Data as long as we are providing our Services to you. We retain Personal Data after we stop providing Services directly or indirectly to you, and you are no longer a customer of ForemanCloud. We retain Personal and Client Data to comply with our tax, accounting, and financial reporting obligations. Where we retain data, we do so in accordance with any limitation periods and records retention obligations that are imposed by applicable law.
