How Our Service Should Be Used

The service provided by ForemanCloud is only intended for use by authorized users. When using our service as an authorized user, the following items are prohibited when using the service or visiting our website as a guest:

• Redistributing, copying, altering or displaying of any piece of our website or service for commercial, non-profit or public purposes


• Any form of physical or digital attack including but not limited to lock picking, SQL Injection, click jacking, cross site request forgery, replay, man-in-the-middle and denial of service


• Installing or injecting any malware, trojan horses, viruses, or uploading any malicious code that is intended to cause harm


• Scanning, scraping, monitoring, pinging or completing/validating form data via bots, processes or any other sort of automated software or device


• Submitting of false, misleading, fake, or illegal information/data

ForemanCloud has the right to suspend or terminate any user account or the entire client account for violating any of the above items.

User Responsibilities

a) Credential Confidentiality
All users are required to keep their individual credentials confidential and shall not share or distribute their credentials to any unathorized persons. User credentials are unique to each user of the ForemanCloud application and are not intended to be used by more than one user at any time. You agree to notify ForemanCloud administrators immediately in the event that you become aware of credential sharing.

b) Reporting
Users are required to report any unauthorized use of our public web site or service to ForemanCloud immediately.

c) Age Requirements
ForemanCloud's web application is intended for users that are of 16 years old or greater. You are responsible that all users of the ForemanCloud web application are of age.

Content

By posting any content, data, or information, you grant ForemanCloud the right and permission to store, copy, transmit, publish, post, display, modify, and otherwise use your content.

You also agree to not hold ForemanCloud liable for any loss, harm, costs, damage or injuries that are inflicted upon you by posting your content, data or information to ForemanClouds web service or public web page.

Terminating your account with us does not constitute these terms to end.

Rights to Property

You agree that ForemanCloud's service, website, copyrights and trademarks are striclty the property of ForemanCloud. ForemanCloud, our logo, products and any other items appearing on the ForemanCloud service and website are owned by ForemanCloud, LLC. You agree that the display of any of ForemanCloud's intellectual property is prohibited, unless otherwise specified by ForemanCloud.

Rights to Modification

ForemanCloud reserves the right to change our website and our service at any time without notice to you. This includes but is not limited to functionality (front-end and back-end), features, user interfaces and workflows within the software.

Billing and Payment

As a client of the ForemanCloud service, you agree to pay all fee's and subscription amounts on your defined billing frequency. ForemanCloud reserves the right to suspend or terminate unpaid client accounts for partial or non-payment. All subscription renewals are automatic unless specifically cancelled by the client. ForemanCloud also reserves the right to change the price of our service/billing model at any time.

Privacy

As a user to either our service or this website, you agree to our Privacy Policy.

Relationships

These Terms of Service do not grant any special relationships between you and ForemanCloud. This includes joint ownerships (partnerships), franchises, sales relationships, marketing relationships or employment relationships.

Errors

ForemanCloud cannot always guarantee that both our site and service be completely free of errors or bugs. This includes having infections of ransomware, viruses, or any other malicious pieces of code. Nor can ForemanCloud ensure that our service or web page be accessible at all times.
